Come prepared to be seen, to be swept into the spectacle, and perhaps to become the subject of the Social Season's most intriguing whispers as Sebastian, the Duke of Broadleigh, visits our 18th century estate.
The evening will build toward a splendid formal ball, where guests may dance, mingle, and revel in the grandeur of the era. Throughout the night, you will encounter special guests performers and photo opportunities, adding an extra touch of drama and delight to the festivities.
Your ticket includes three complimentary cocktails and an array of elegant heavy hors d'oeuvres, ensuring an evening that is as indulgent as it is enchanting.
Regency-inspired costumes or formal attired encouraged.
This event will involve walking around the property for the various diversions, including grass areas as well as gravel and brick walkways.

General Admission Guest - $150: Includes admission to the Duke's Ball, 3 complimentary cocktails (non-alcoholic elixirs also available).*
VIP Guest - $190 (Limited to 28 Tickets!): Includes everything in the General Admission Guest Ticket plus a VIP Cocktail Experience before the main event with exclusive photo opportunities, and the ability to mingle with members of Society. In addition, VIP guests will receive take home hand-crafted silhouettes and watercolor portraits.** VIP Guests will be addressed as “Lord” or “Lady” throughout the evening.
*A cash bar will be offered during the Ball at the end of the evening.
